Students:
- Your CareerHub account is automatically created upon enrolment and linked to your university IT account via Okta Single Sign on.
- If you are having trouble signing in, please visit Okta and click "Need help signing in?" to reset your password.
Graduates:
- Upon finishing your studies, your CareerHub account automatically updates to reflect your graduate status. To continue using your CareerHub account either:
- Set up your 'Email for Life’ access by contacting IT Services on (02) 4921 7000.
- Update your CareerHub account to use a personal email address via the Lost Account form.
- Login to your Graduate CareerHub account via username and password – you will no longer use Okta SSO to sign in.
- To reset your password, use the link available after selecting ‘Graduate’ on the CareerHub login page.
Staff:
- The login method for university staff members depends on if you have previously studied at the University of Newcastle or not:
- “I HAVE previously studied at the University of Newcastle”:
- Please continue using your Graduate account. To access this account, please make sure you have followed either 1) or 2) detailed in the Graduates section above. To reset your password, use the link available after selecting ‘Graduate’ on the CareerHub login page.
- Tip: use an incognito browser when logging in as a Graduate.
- “I HAVE NEVER studied at the University of Newcastle”:
- Please select ‘New User’ on the CareerHub login page. Once created, you will log in to your CareerHub account using Okta Single Sign On. To reset your password, please visit Okta and click and click "Need help signing in?".
