Join us for one (or more) of the National Innovation Games taking place on the 25th and 26th of May. The challenge topic is tackling sustainability within the fashion and textile sectors. We are looking at the process from end to end, including elements of design, engineering, supply chain, science, business, law and IT just to name a few. Sign up before time runs out!!

Working in a diverse team designed to replicate the workforce, youโ€™ll get to problem-solve, โ€˜think outside the boxโ€™ and creatively develop practical solutions using all the knowledge that you can harness in the virtual room!

It is completely free and open to students of all disciplines and levels. No prior experience or skills are required. We welcome all with a willingness to contribute and work together!

The challenge is partnered with the Government of South Australia, Flinders University, TafeSA, Acler, Holiday Trading and Co., City of Adelaide and IMAGEWORKS. Throughout this amazing innovation, the event is your opportunity to find out (for free!) whatโ€™s involved in sustainability, make new contacts and connect with other emerging talent and businesses to explore ways to reduce the environmental impact of the fashion and textile sector.

When: 25th of May (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM AEST) and 26th of May (10:30 AM - 3:30 PM* AEST) - with breaks of course. *your team will be given a one-hour time frame between 10:30 AM and 2:50 PM for pitching)

Where: Participate anywhere: Virtual via Paddl workspace or In-person (Adelaide Town Hall, South Australia).

Who: Any student, PhD or recent graduate who wants to innovate, improve sustainability and develop unique solutions to current day problems. On your team will be amazing local and international business leaders and entrepreneurs who will help provide an industry perspective!
