Applications are now open for the Qantas Graduate Program. As part of our recruitment campaign, we will be recruiting for cohorts to commence in August 2024 and February 2025.
The Qantas Graduate Program is a two-year program, consisting of 4 x 6 month rotations. Our Program is split into 6 key Streams based on your area of study as well as your career interests:
- Finance
- Technology
- Data & Analytics
- Engineering
- Human Resources
- General (any other degrees outside of the specific specialisms mentioned above)
Our Program provides graduates the unique opportunity to work across a diverse range of business units, on real, tangible business projects or pieces of work. Throughout their journey, Graduates will be supported by a comprehensive network and have access to tailor made development Programs that contribute to their career growth.
