Career Mentoring is a free mentoring program that connects people with disability, neurodivergence, mental health conditions, or chronic illnesses with experienced industry mentors.
Anyone over 18 living with disability is eligible!
Over six to eight meetings, mentors provide guidance on starting or advancing a career, writing CVs, interview techniques, and navigating professional pathways. Past mentees have reported significant increases in confidence and awareness of employment opportunities.

Australian Disability Network Internship Program: Applications for Summer 2026/2027
The Australian Disability Network’s Internship Program is a paid, practical learning experience designed to build your confidence, strengthen your capabilities, and support your pathway toward future employment. Throughout the program, you’ll receive guidance on workplace adjustments, opportunities to build your professional skills, and access to workshops and resources designed to help you grow. The Australian Disability Network understands that students and recent graduates with disability may experience unique challenges such as resume gaps or limited access to part‑time work and this program aims to help bridge that gap.
