There are few things more frustrating than being on a video call with someone whose video keeps freezing, pixelating, getting out of sync or it's just difficult to see their face properly. Now imagine this happens during an interview: poor video quality can make the interviewee look technically unprepared and rather unprofessional at best, and at worst, it could derail and even end the interview.
Whilst technical glitches happen to the best of us, there are certain things you can do in advance to minimise them and set yourself up for good quality video throughout the interview. Don't worry though, you don't have to be a tech wizard to make it work.
