Now in their ninth year, the Top Graduate Employers rankings are the definitive guide to the best places to work for new graduates entering the workforce.

The rankings are determined from data collected via the AAGE's annual Graduate Survey, so the Top Graduate Employers list is created entirely from survey feedback gathered from real graduates who have spent up to 12 months working with these organisations.

The full list of employers can be found at www.topgraduateemployers.com and for further information on how this list is created, please click here.

The Top 75 list will help you, gain a deeper insight into the organisations that offer the best graduate programs. The methodology used provides an independent assessment of the actual experiences of graduates who work at these employers. As students return to university and begin their job search in earnest, we encourage you to promote the existence of the Top 75 Graduate Employers website to your colleagues and the students you talk to so they can access valuable insight into employers and their top rated graduate programs.

The Top 75 employers listed below are the organisations that provide the most positive experience for new graduates based on the opinions of graduates themselves (methodology).
