Retail Assistant

The role: This role provides knowledgeable advice and assistance to students, staff and other University customers goods and services provided at the store.

Language Support Assistants

The role: As part of the Global Office team, you will play a critical role in contacting prospective international students to finalise their admission to University.
Location: Callaghan

Project Assistant

The role: The Australian Longitudinal Study on Women’s Health (ALSWH) Centre for Women’s Health Research are looking for a Project Assistant, who will provide administrative support in all matters that pertain to the collection of data from participants
Location: Hunter Medical Research Institute (HMRI)

Student Peer Support Assistant (Library)

The role: Contribute to the delivery of high quality, client focused services to University students, staff and community members across Library locations.
Location: Callaghan, Newcastle City, Ourimbah

Creche Facilitator

The role: The Family Action Centre are looking for 4 x Creche Facilitators to facilitate and support family engagement activities by minding the children of parents/carers who are participating in Make ‘n’ Take for Aboriginal families residing in the communities of Raymond Terrace and Karuah.

Peer Assisted Study Session (PASS) Leaders 

The role: The Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS) Program is a study assistance program that provides regular scheduled, out-of-class, peer-facilitated study sessions led by mentors called PASS Leaders, for students seeking to improve their grades.
Location: Callaghan, Ourimbah, Newcastle City

Simulated Patients

The role: The School of Medicine and Public Health is looking for current students to become Simulated Patients. As a Simulated Patient, you will be interviewed and examined by male and female medical students, just as you would be by your family doctor.
Location: Gosford Hospital
Expressions of Interest close 31 March 2022 but applicants will be called on throughout the year, so apply now!
