If you are a final-year teacher education student studying to become a teacher of a high-demand subject area such as mathematics, science (with physics), agriculture, selected technological and applied studies subjects, or special/inclusive education, you may be eligible for the Graduate Teacher Scholarship.

Successful applicants receive:

• a $5,000 training allowance;
• a $10,000 appointment allowance; and
• a permanent teaching position with the NSW Department of Education upon successful completion of studies.
